Morning All

After months of trying I managed to get myself a copy of Nola on vinyl :-) After receiving it in the post I noticed that it looked super new, a little too new for something produced in 1995.

I have also noticed a lot more of these popping up on eBay, for something that is suppose to be super rare there seems to be loads out there for sale.

Question is, has anyone seen or does anyone know of any bootleg versions of this out there? It looks like the real thing but because of the cost of these (Cost me £100) I would imagine that bootlegging this could make someone a nice little profit.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, this is weird. Just scored NOLA for a Buy-It-Now of $60!

There's another one for a Buy-It-Now of $50, but it's not in the states -

I was just looking to post the same warning, but found this topic. The sudden increase in number of copies for sale was the first sign. It's only a matter of time before the market is oversaturated and there are copies readily available for $30.00. Same thing happened with the early Pantera stuff. You can easily find a bootleg Power Metal cd or vinyl for about $15-$25.

First of all FARRRKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!

Seems as though I £100 for a fake. &&%%$^£*"(£()))!""

Any way to check between the 2? Not sure the sticker is anything to go by as this would be very easy to create.

I see they are selling them as re issues which is rubbish but the one I got seemed to be above board.

I guess the rule for now is anything from Europe is crap.

Mutha F%ckers!

Ok now i'm done.

FYI response when I asked if it was fake. Not too sure what to think.

hi
the lp was bought back in 2008 in a record shop.
I don't know anything about the bootglet.
I paid myself 60 euros for this and I never played before(I only bought for collecting).I removed the sealed myself and I sent out of the jacket in order to avoid splits and any other damaged in the jacket .
Thanks

Anyone out there keen to do a comparison of the real and fake? Would love to put this to rest.

"Bought in a fair in Holland last year, havent seen any of these on the market yet so its problably pretty rare. I know that I have seen a german c0unterfa8 in black vinyl but I dont think that even had the correct label wich I believe this has. Anyway its in cool looking RED vinyl with traces after the black color, extremly cool."
oh brother where will this end?
