Back in the 2004, Phil said, that the third SJR is ready, and just waiting to be released, but nothing happend, somehow they've split... Maybe it is some low quality leak from this record... It was also the time, when Phil's voice was horribly bad and has very changed, so maybe despite everything it is Phil...
