Just scored an Ibanez Phase Tone PT-1000. It's a phaser, but in a wah pedal style housing. Was made between 1974 & 1977 In all original shape. Cant wait til it gets here

I been re-searching it. It's a pretty rare pedal according to Ibanez collectors. I may sell it after all. I got it cheaper than a "collector" price. Saw where one sold for $300 . I may hold on to it, as I have a penchant for odd ball Ibanez pedals & phasers.

Yeah. Still got it. I like to use it with my Randall. Set the Randal where its's semi-clean / semi dirty, then boost it with the Tube King.

I replaced the stock tube in it with a Tung Sol 12ax7 & made a BIG diffrence in it. Sounded good with the stock tube, but is much tighter & gainier with the tung sol. It opened it up more. Was a BITCH trying to get to it to change it out. It took about 20 minutes to get it apart & out of there. Was worth it though.

Sounds good with my Metro-amp as well. Havent used it much w my other plexi. That amp, I usually run staright in (has had gain mods added so not much need for extra dirt.

I really like the EQ section & built in noise gate that pedal has.
